I know in this time when we are all following the required social distancing guidelines that it can be difficult to keep the children physically active.
Here are some suggestions to help the children to stay active and also get the required movement breaks that they need during work activities.
PE with Joe Joe Wicks also known as "The Body Coach", a well known fitness and health expert is offering online PE lessons every Monday to Friday at 9am for primary school children.

Cosmic Yoga Every Friday we do cosmic yoga in school . The children really enjoy it and it is a fantastic tool for their gross motor skill development, balance and agility.
