Gaeilge

There are some great resources online to help practice and learn Irish while you're at home.
  • Cúla4 and TG4 have some great TV shows in Irish
  • Duolingo (android app) (apple app) (windows app) is a really great resource for learning and practicing Irish, we suggest that you download this and work a little bit on it each day
  • Songs in Irish, you can listen to a few of your favourite pop songs and share them with your family. https://songsinirish.com/tags/children/
  • School Hub RTE 11am-12pm

Suggested work for week 22nd -26th June

This week we are going to revise some words to do with An Corp (the body), have a look at the powerpoint and practice saying the words out loud.

Practice using these phrases using the words in the powerpoint, maybe try writing down some sentences using these!
Have a look at the worksheets below and print them out or make your own version.

Watch this video of the famous song 'head, shoulders, knees and toes' in Irish! Try learn the words and sing along, I still use this song to help make sure I don't mix up Gualainn and Glúin!
